Paul Frampton and
King Charles School
Kidderminster

Was pupil 1954-62 at King Charles School, Kidderminster,
established in 1626, granted a royal charter by King Charles I in 1636, and the only school in England to bear his royal name. There were several memorable teachers including Mr. Drake (Physics), Mr. Launchbury (Mathematics), Mr. Lucy (French) and Mr. Williams (General science).    Revisited the school in 2006, giving a public lecture in the then new Science Theatre and handing out prizes to 150 students on Speech Day.    The attachments below concern this visit.
